Secondmind has been named in the Barclays Eagle Labs Ones to Watch AI:100, a curated list that identifies 100 of the UK's fastest-growing and most promising AI scaleups.

Published by Barclays Eagle Labs, the startup and scaleup network of global bank Barclays, the AI:100 is designed to provide an evidence-based view of where value is forming across the UK's AI ecosystem, and to identify businesses positioned to help define the UK's technology economy.

Companies were selected through a bespoke methodology developed jointly between Barclays and Beauhurst, the leading UK data platform tracking high-growth companies, investment activity and ecosystem trends - reflecting a balanced assessment of funding momentum, employee growth and ESG signals. Nominations were independently assessed by Beauhurst in March 2026.

The 2026 cohort includes some of the UK's most recognized AI businesses, including Wayve, Synthesia, PolyAI, and Riverlane. Collectively the AI:100 employ over 8,500 people, has raised £11.3 billion in total funding, and generates £734 million in annual revenue.

The scaleup phase represents a unique challenging point in any company's growth journey. By joining the AI:100, Secondmind will benefit from closer engagement with the Barclays Eagle Labs ecosystem - leveraging resources, sharing insights, and collaborating with other companies at a similar stage of growth.
