About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with SaaS and / or cloud experience who will be entrusted with the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects in our dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at coordinating engineers and stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring the delivery of projects that meet both the technical standards and the strategic goals of our company. This role reports to the Director of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with the project objective, deliverables and KPIs and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation. Ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, cost, and timeline.
  • Project Reporting: Analyze, evaluate, and overcome project risks, and produce project reports and dashboards for stakeholders including Senior Leadership Team and Executive, along with periodic customer reporting.
  • Risks and Issues Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues within the project, ensuring that risk mitigation and issue resolution strategies are in place and functional.
  • Dependency Tracking: Maintain awareness of all project dependencies, and manage the relationships between different work streams of the project.
  • Change control: Proactively identify any scope creeps and conduct an impact assessment for any change requests submitted by the customer, to advise on change to scope, cost, or timeline.
  • Capacity Planning and Tracking: Ensure resource availability and allocation, and monitor to adjust as needed to keep the project on track.
  • Continuous Communication: Serve as the point of contact for project teams and stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of the progress and issues as they arise. Be the single source of truth for all customer projects.
  • Quality Control: Maintain project timeframes, budgeting estimates, and status reports, ensuring projects meet quality standards.
  • Statement of Work: Own the end to end process of statement of work writing for any customer projects and be accountable for producing the customer facing artefact.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Proven project management experience in a technical field, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Experience in handling automotive or aerospace or similar industry projects.
  • High proficiency in JIRA and a strong working knowledge of other project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Wrike or Trello.
  • High proficiency in project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
